Vietnam (VBA): Serbian coach Predrag Lukic signs with Vietnam Basketball Association club Nha Trang Dolphins for the 2023 season that start in June.

Italy (Serie A): Bertram Yachts Derthona Tortona coach Marco Ramondino has been named league Coach of the Year after leading his team to a 18-12 record and 3rd place regular season finish. They are currently in the quarterfinals.

Greece (GBL): KAE Prometheus announced the termination of its cooperation with the team's coach, Mr. Yiannis Christopoulos, after taking over the team in the middle of the season. Prometheus finished in 5th place with a 12-10 record in the Greek Basketball League (1st div.).

Luxembourg (LBBL): Amicale Steesel (1st div.) has named Portuguese coach Daniel Brandão as its new coach for the 2023-24 season. He replaces Etienne Louvier who has retired from coaching.

Luxembourg (Nationale 2): Portuguese coach Daniel Brandão has resigned from  BBC Bascharage Hedgehogs after leading them to a 13-13 record and a 5th place finish in the six-team league.

El Salvador (FIBA): Experienced Cuban-American NCAA coach Sergio Rouco has been named head coach of the Salvadoran men's national team ahead of the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games to be hosted in El Salvador.

Austria (B2L): Hungarian-Serbian coach Harkai Hunor has ended his time as head coach of the Pirlo Kufstein Towers BC (2nd div.) after finishing 11th out of 15 teams with a 5-15 record.

Slovakia (NIKE SBL): Krunoslav Krajnovič of BC Prievidza is out as head coach. Prievidza finished with a 9-19 record.

United Kingdom (NBL1): Matt Johnson adds role as Chief Executive Officer at Reading Rockets Basketball Club.

Australia (NBL1): Sarah Dawes has been appointed the new General Manager, Basketball Operations & Strategy at Norths Basketball club. She will lead the Basketball Department, taking on all things basketball from competitions and officials, to their representative and development programs.

Syria (SBL): Up-and-coming Lebanese coach Nabil Kabalan joined the coaching staff of 2022 Syrian Champions Al-Ahli Halab team as an Assistant and Player Development Coach.

Saudi Arabia (SBL): American coach Rickey Cleveland-George has just been hired as the new head coach at Ohod Sports Club in the Saudi Arabian Basketball League.
